Nigeria is endowed with immense human potential, abundant natural resources, and one of the world's largest youth populations. Yet millions of Nigerians continue to face poverty, food insecurity, weak social protection, unequal access to education and healthcare, insecurity and weak institutions — even as rapid advances in AI, biotechnology and digital technology reshape society and demand ethical governance.

Our inaugural policy publication argues that lasting food security cannot be achieved through emergency response alone, and proposes the GHRC Integrated Resilience Framework (GIRF) as a practical path forward.
